Itinerary:
  7: AM:  Pick up location of your choice

Sedona.  30 minute break for pictures and refreshments

Grand Canyon.  Yavapai Point, El Tovar and Desert View overlooks, with unguided hike into the canyon.  Allow 1.5 to 2 hours to hike to the second window and back to the rim.  If a motor coach is used (40 or more people), the Yavapai Point does not allow buses and more time will be spent at the El Tovar area.

If time permits, stop at the Little Grand Canyon overlook

Cameron Trading Post on the Navajo Indian Reservation for shopping and dinner.
Return to Scottsdale.  7:30 to 9 PM

Price:  $125.00 each.

 Preparations: 
1.  If you plan to hike into the Canyon, the trail is fairly steep and good supportive shoes are necessary.  Sunglasses, a hat and sunscreen are recommended.
2.  We will be on the road for approximately 4.5 hours to get to the Canyon.  Sandwiches, snacks and beverages are available at Sedona and the Canyon, as well as souvenirs.
3.  We will eat dinner at The Cameron Trading Post.  The meals are very generous and reasonably priced.
4.
  Take a camera or two. 
5.  There are California Condors at the South Rim and you may be able to see one or more.  Do not feed them.   
6.  Do not feed any of the wildlife you may encounter at the Grand Canyon.  This is in violation of park rules and subject to a fine.
